Arthur Young of NMS Labs and Detective Sergeant David Splain of Yeadon Borough Police Department will be presenting at the International Homicide Investigators Association (IHIA) meeting on September 19th in Las Vegas. Their case presentation will review the murder of 15-year-old Deanna Wright-McIntosh, and how rapid DNA results helped keep a hot investigation from getting cold, ending in an arrest 24 days after the investigation was started.
